Steampunk Dress - Min Jee

My DM wants two of his characters to go to some sort of steampunk convention or something, and fashion, as you hopefully know by now, is one of my favorite things.

There are actually no visible metal or leather pieces on this (it wouldn't be hard to drape some chain around or something, especially on the hat, but it really isn't needed) except for a button or something in the middle of the ribbon flower-thing on the hat. I had a lot of fun researching Victorian dresses, since they're beautiful. Her neckline is distinctly not Victorian, but it IS very steampunk and her sleeves, the tailoring of her bodice, and her hat are all extremely Victorian. Also her sleeves. They are possibly the coolest sleeves I have ever designed.

It was a lot of fun to design this and to ask my DM questions like what kind of red she looks best in "on a scale from tomato to cranberry." This character's boyfriend's steampunk ensemble is forthcoming just as soon as I have three seconds of free time.
